RELEASES HOTFIX
As with all hotfixes and patches, this DOES NOT affect any current threads (unless agreed upon by the thread participants) and will only take affect for newly created threads.
To Summarize:
The activate requirements for the releases have been changed and it has been stated now that Releases, their Techniques, and EDGE are NOT considered reactive unless otherwise specified.
Your 1st Release now requires a Standard Action to initiate.
Your 2nd Release requires 2 Standard Actions.
Your Final Release now requires a Full Turn.
However, when you upgrade to a new release, that previous activation requirement is upgraded. See below:
When you achieve 2nd Release, your 1st Release now only requires a Bonus Action.
When you achieve your Final Release, your 2nd Release now only requires a single Standard Action.
When you complete your Release Mastery in full, your Final Release now only requires 2 Standard Actions.
