Nezuel appeared to take the news in stride. Even though he seemed to have understood that their paths will hardly intersect from this point on, the Arrancar confirmed that he will always remember her as his Kido teacher - and, wished her to find the life she wants. Irisa paused, for a second, then answered:

"I have found the life I want to live centuries ago, Arrancar."

It was the humble life of a teacher, which she had described to the Fracciones she faced against them. Moments like these, when Irisa had to showcase her power and play the role of a terrifying onslaught, were a deviation from her preferred norm, and so she never pursued them.

Let other Shinigami be the threats intimidating entire hordes of villains into submission. She would rather just wave them along and wait for her cherished students to surpass them, even though it happened exceedingly rarely.

"Don't get yourself killed, at least not with something stupid," Irisa continued with some advice - although, with her sudden emotionless expression, and the slightly more menacing voice she had in her Bankai state, it might have come off more as an order, rather than some friendly tips. "And don't be afraid to give yourself in and allow yourself be purified by a Shinigami, if you ever meet another one. It will be healthy to transcend your species of pain and misery."

Irisa turned straight at Nezuel, then, engulfed by a white void, vanished, having activated a reverse engineered Senkaimon stored inside of her Zanpakuto to gate back to Soul Society. In the blink of an eye, she vanished from the meadow, as if she were never there.

Continuing to slaughter, kill, take. Life is to constantly sin. Life is evil itself.

Arrancar, the word perfectly symbolized the thoughts running through his head.  Arrancar, its what he was...and what she saw him as.  Not Nezuel, the name this being had chosen oh so long ago after the other had been sealed..nor the one he wished now.  It wasn't something so terrible or cliché as dear or love...but friend.  He had so few of them and now it seemed as though he might have one less now...or at least one less than he had thought at the time. He didn't say anything in response to Irisa's words.  His own attempt at some small civility thrown back in his face.  Did she care that he could tell the hollows about her spell, did the thought enter her mind, or did she simply think he wasn't worth the effort, like how she had underestimated his ability to get her close to the Queen?  He supposed it didn't matter, they'd kill him on sight and wouldn't believe him...and perhaps because it had cost him something to get her plan done, something he would lose forever...but he wasn't so sure on overturning it in a fit of rage or melancholy.

Some part of him still thought that her wish of him not dying of something stupid was something else...but if it was her expression and the words behind it.  He shook his head, reaching into his pocket to pull out a phone.  He'd need to lie low in Haven, call Takano or Gaia and explain the situation.  Yet something caught his eyes, a Kumon opening.  A standard hollow crawled out, sniffing the air and looking around. He moved forward and killed it, sword devouring the creature as he sheathed it...but then there was another, and another, and another.  His brows furrowed as he realized something.

The Queen had found her kido.

Tracking Irisa's riatsu by tracking the kido, the audacity that she thought the Queen wouldn't find her trick...but then why were they here when Irisa was gone.  There was only one explanation...the same tracking left on the court must be on him.  With little hope, he sent out his senses over himself...riatsu flaring and flushing...but he found nothing.  He couldn't break it.  There were ten of them when he looked over now, each with hunger in their eyes and expressions.  His thoughts turned to someone who might help...Tendo, maybe, but he was Irisa's contact and he couldn't bring hollows there.  His fingers tightened on the phone...he couldn't bring them to haven either.  There was only one path forward and Nezuel took a long breath as he realized how tired it would make him.

Small electronic pieces fell to the ground as he broke the phone in his grip...then smiled and charged at the hollows.
